How do I get information on being a vendor for General Conference 2011?

I was one of the people who went on the out reach with Matt Maddix. I was told to tell people that bikes and ipods and prizes would be given, I was just wondering if that ever happen or if I missed it, Just wondering?
Yes these were given out after the crusade service was over.
